I’m all about turning ideas into bold & impactful visuals that tell a story, blending emotion with innovative thinking, and pushing creative boundaries to discover new possibilities.

It all began in a small shoreline town in Connecticut. My creative journey started with music—playing in bands from an early age, which quickly led me to design logos and album art for local artists in my scene. That passion for creating and connecting with people through art along with my deep ties to music brought me to the city of Boston, where I attended Berklee College of Music. While immersing myself in the music scene, I continued designing for bands and exploring other forms of expression like street photography and graffiti. My first creative job was at a popular Boston sign & print shop where I picked up hands-on skills like screen printing, CNC machining, large-format printing, and vehicle wrapping. These experiences taught me how to blend design and craftsmanship, giving me a solid foundation for creative problem-solving. After some time studying music at Berklee, I decided to shift focus, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Southern New Hampshire University.

From there I began working for a production company back in Connecticut, taking on a variety of projects for both commercial clients and government contracts. One of the highlights was creating content for the US Navy, including instructional materials and motion graphics for the Naval School of Music, as well as designing VR training systems for Naval Education and Training Command. It was an incredible opportunity to combine creativity with technical skills, and it laid the groundwork for how I approach projects today—balancing storytelling with strategy and creativity.

Around this time, I started picking up my camera more often and really began to fall head-over-heels in love with photography. A close friend asked me to shoot their wedding, and that one event was all it took to uncover a passion for capturing people’s most meaningful moments. This inspired me to launch Transcend Photography, blending my background in design and video with a new love for visual storytelling. It’s been a journey of shooting weddings, engagements, and portraits and building a brand that’s all about connection, authenticity, and crafting impactful visuals.

In 2018, I made the move to Los Angeles, chasing new opportunities and a fresh creative scene. I joined the ranks at Media.Monks, an award-winning creative agency, as an animator and video editor. Over time, I advanced to Global Creative Production Lead, helping to manage a team of designers, editors, and animators across the globe. I collaborated with some of the world’s biggest brands, creating data-driven video and display campaigns while also mentoring junior creatives. It was an incredible experience that taught me the value of combining innovation with strategy and teamwork to make amazing ads.

These days, I’m proud to call LA home. I work as a freelance photographer, videographer, and creative director, taking on projects that let me tell stories and create visuals that resonate. Whether it’s crafting a wedding album that a couple will cherish forever, designing motion graphics for someone’s social media account, or building a marketing campaign that leaves a lasting impression, I’m all about merging artistry and storytelling to make something memorable.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out taking photos around the city with my lovely girlfriend Laura or plucking at my guitar at home or on stage. I've also recently developed a hobby of perfecting the art of making New Haven-style “apizza” at home.

In the studio or in the kitchen, creativity is more than my work—it’s a way of life for me. Whether I’m behind the camera, on stage, or experimenting with pizza dough, I’m always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what’s possible and create something that truly connects with people.
